Roasted Corn with Yogurt Sauce

Required Equipment: SBG-TC-B1

Grilling Accessories Required: SBG-FRYING PAN

Ingredients: 

  • 3 corn on the cobs
  • Honey
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Grated zest of lime
  • 2 tsp of chopped pickled jalapenos (optional)

Directions: 

  1. To make the yogurt sauce, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and lime zest, and juice in a small bowl. If you want to add a little heat to the sauce, you can add the pickled jalapenos.
  2. To prepare the corn, brush it withhoney andsprinkle black pepper to taste.
  3. Preheat the grill to 280°C for 5 minutes, and then adjust the temperature to 200°C.
  4. Place the corn on the frying pan and grill for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, drizzled with the yogurt sauce, and sprinkled with lime zest.
