Bevie Milk Frother Tumbler
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash the strawberries with sugar or honey and a few drops of lemon juice using a fork or muddler until thick and saucy. Set aside.
Remove the Magnetic Whisk from the tumbler. Add 30 ml of water and press the "Water Boiling" function. Once boiled, press the Function Button again to stop.
Add matcha powder into the tumbler and swirl gently to dissolve. Reattach the magnetic whisk, then press the "Milk Frothing & Heating" function to froth and heat the matcha.
Once the matcha is ready, add the strawberry purée and milk into the tumbler. Press the "Stirring Only" function to gently mix into a smooth, layered latte.
Screw on the lid and enjoy your handcrafted strawberry matcha latte straight from the tumbler.

Strawberry Layer
- Fresh Strawberries - 3 to 4 pcs (hulled)
- Sugar or Honey - 1 to 2 tsp (to taste)
- Lemon Juice - a few drops (optional)
Milk Layer
- Fresh Milk - 150 ml (cold or warm, as preferred)
- 130 ml fresh milk
Matcha Layer
- Matcha Powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 30 ml (for mixing matcha)
