Instructions
Cut the pumpkin into 3cm slices. Remove the skin and seeds, then cut into 4cm chunks.
Place the pumpkin, onion, garlic, broth, and water into a large pot. (Note: The liquid will not fully cover the pumpkin pieces.)
Bring to a boil uncovered, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the pumpkin is fork-tender. (Tip: Use a fork to check if the pumpkin is soft, it should glide through easily.)
Remove from heat and mash the mixture directly in the pot using the Potato Masher attachment on the appliance, until the soup reaches your desired consistency.
Stir in salt, pepper, butter, and cream. (Important: Do not boil after adding cream to prevent splitting.)
Unscrew the blade and replace it with the to-go lid. Enjoy straight from the bottle!"

- Pumpkin or Butternut Squash (unpeeled) - 1.2 kg
- Onion (white, brown, or yellow), sliced - 1
- Garlic Cloves - 2, peeled whole
- Vegetable or Chicken Broth/Stock - 3 cups
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1 small knob
Finishes (Optional):
- Cream, Half & Half, or Milk - ½ to ¾ cup
- Fresh Parsley - chopped
