APPLIANCE
2-in-1 Pressure Cooker & Air Fryer
Instructions
01
Blanch the meat in hot water briefly to remove impurities, then set aside.
02
Add all ingredients into the Pressure Cooker Pot of the appliance.
03
Close the lid securely and select the “SOUP” function. Set the timer to 20 minutes and ensure the lid is properly sealed.
04
Once cooking is complete and the pressure cooking cycle ends, allow the appliance to release pressure. You may either:
- Perform a quick release by turning the steam release valve to the “Venting” position, or
- Turn off the appliance and let the pressure drop naturally as it cools, which helps retain more flavour and tenderness.
05
Ladle into bowls and serve warm. Great with rice or on its own!
Safety Precautions
If you’re still unable to open the lid, it means the internal pressure is still too high. Do not force it open. Wait patiently until the float valve drops completely before attempting to unlock the lid.Serving Suggestions
For deeper flavour, you can first use the “SAUTE” mode to lightly sear the onion and meat before pressure cooking.Ingredients
