CASA’s products will be granted warranty under the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Period

Purchases Made Before 1st January 2025
  • All products enjoy a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • This includes repair service (carry-in only) and replacement of spare parts.
  • 7-day warranty applies against manufacturing defects and aesthetic/cosmetic imperfections from the date of purchase.
Purchases Made On or After 1st January 2025
  • Selected products enjoy a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Non-eligible products will continue to carry a 1-year limited warranty.
  • This includes repair service (carry-in only) and replacement of spare parts.
  • 7-day warranty applies against manufacturing defects and aesthetic/cosmetic imperfections from the date of purchase.

*"Spare Parts" covered under the limited warranty refer specifically to mechanical and electrical internal components only.
*Repair Service" refers exclusively to rectification of mechanical and electrical faults to restore product functionality.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
  1. Normal Wear and Tear - Expected deterioration due to regular usage over time.
  2. Unauthorized Alterations or Repairs - Modifications, repairs, or tampering performed by unauthorized service personnel.
  3. Improper Cleaning, Care, or Maintenance - Damages such as scratches, discoloration, or stains caused by neglect or misuse.
  4. Overheating or Misuse - Prolonged exposure to heat when empty or failure to use products as intended.
  5. Accidental Damage - Damages caused by fire, floods, drops, or impacts.
  6. Professional or Workplace Use - Products used in commercial environments beyond standard household purposes.
  7. Mishandling of Products - Damage caused by knocking, dropping, or improper handling.
  8. Glass or Porcelain Components - Breakage or damage to glass or porcelain parts, including lids.
  9. Negligence and Misuse - Failure to follow operating instructions or product care guidelines.
  10. Natural Causes - Damage due to earthquakes, typhoons, or other natural disasters.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Proof of Purchase - A valid receipt or invoice is required to process any warranty claims.
  2. Initiating a Claim - Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a warranty claim.
  3. Service Type - All services under warranty are carry-in only and will be conducted at our service center at 15 Kian Teck Crescent Singapore 628884
  4. Repair or Unit Exchange - Products will be repaired or exchange at our discretion, depending on the nature of the fault.
