Grilling Accessories Required: SBG-FRYING PAN
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of chicken breast
- 5g of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 ¼ tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 garlic bulb
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, butter, garlic, garlic powder, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste, then pour over the chicken. Let it marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. We recommend marinating for 6 hours up to 24 hours for the meat to fully soak up the flavor.
- Using a knife, cut crosswise ¼ to a ½ inch from the top of the garlic bulb exposing the garlic clove, and spread the cloves with olive oil
- Preheat the grill to 280℃ for 5 minutes, then put the marinated chicken and halved garlic on the frying pan, adjust the temperature to 200℃, and continue to grill for about 10 minutes
- Then, flip the chicken breast over and continue to grill the other side for about 10 minutes.
- Last, turn it over and add butter and bake for 2 minutes until fully cooked through with an internal temperature of 71°C.
- Enjoy the steak together with the roasted garlic!
