In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, butter, garlic, garlic powder, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste, then pour over the chicken. Let it marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. We recommend marinating for 6 hours up to 24 hours for the meat to fully soak up the flavor.
Using a knife, cut crosswise ¼ to a ½ inch from the top of the garlic bulb exposing the garlic clove, and spread the cloves with olive oil
Preheat the grill to 280℃ for 5 minutes, then put the marinated chicken and halved garlic on the frying pan, adjust the temperature to 200℃, and continue to grill for about 10 minutes
Then, flip the chicken breast over and continue to grill the other side for about 10 minutes.
Last, turn it over and add butter and bake for 2 minutes until fully cooked through with an internal temperature of 71°C.
